PF Amount transferd, not credited in current A/c even after 4 years

I am Velaga Venkata Narayana, my PF amount was transfered by ex-employer M/s NRB Bearings

to current PF A/c 0024177/000/0002158.

I have visited PF office, Barkhatpura, Hyd on 07 Aug and came to know that the amount has been transferred from ex-employer. They have shown the amount transfered which has been entered in manual register. But, they have forgotten to enter in the current A/C PF slip for the year 08.

I was told that the trnsfered amount will be added in the next PF slip.

It was found that the amount has not been entered in the next PF slip for the year 09 also.

This was issued in the month of Mar.

Previous PF A/c: AP/3970/1499

Current PF A/c: AP/HYD 0024177/000/0002158

I request PF office people to enter the amount in my current PF A/c.
