Status regarding transfer of provident fund

I sarbjit singh S/o Late shri Amar singh here by bringing in your kind notice that I served Sunbeam Auto Ltd. (38/6, KM stone, Delhi-Jaipur Highway, Narsingpur, Gurgaon). I have given application for transfer of my PF amount (Account no. HR/3670/7189) in my bank account on dated 02/06 with your concerned office but no action has been taken till now as I am continuously checking the online status of my claimed amount, which has not been transferred.

Sir I would like to bring in to your notice that my bank account which I have mentioned in my earlier application (citi bank account no. 5163973229) has now been closed. Kindly guide me what i do & how transfreed this amount.
