Pending PF Settlement

Sir,

This is to inform you that I had submitted claim forms 19 and 10C for settlement of the PF Account DL25565/976 on 16/06. The claims IDs for these two requests are DSNHP110600016981 and DSNHP110600016982 respectively. Owing to the delay in settlement, I had even registered an online grievance in EPFiGMS vide Registration number DELSO/E/09480. In spite of all that neither my dues have been settled nor have ever received any formal communication in this regard. Thus, request for an early redressal of this complaint to ensure settlement of PF Account.
