Pension on death of my son in a road accident at Pune on 2.4.2010 not yet received

My son died in a road accident at pune on 2.4.2010 under chatushrangi police station Opposite Pune University on Pashan road. He was a software engineer and an employee of Tech Mahindra Ltd Pune. His PF Number is 26859. The company (Tech Mahindra Ltd Pune.) sent me the forms for claiming the death benefits of Providend Fund. The same were submitted by me long back. Ihave not received the death benefits under the Providend Fund Pension scheme.
