EPF Withdrawl not happening - MH/93921/393

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that my PF Withdrawl Form 10C & 19 was received by the EPF Office at Thane/Kandivali, Maharastra on 23.09.2008. I have received my dues as per Form 19 by the 1st Week of December. However, dues as per Form 10C is still pending. On the EPF website the status is showing as "Under Process" and the recipt no is 80132357.

My PF no is MH/93921/393.

Please suggest me a way so that I can recover the pending amount.
