Non receipt of PF amount deposit date 29.07.2009

Dear sir,

My name is Tatapudy Sharda and I have applied for my PF withdrawal at Wazirpur PF office. I have submited my PF form on 29.07.2009 and the authorities told me to put in a drop-in box (area-wise) without giving a proper acknowledgement. Even after four months I have not got my hard earned money. I am mentaly harresed for taking my own money. It is not possible for me to go to their office often on working days leaving my job.

My PF no. is DL/9478/766

I request to help me in my PF withdrawal and oblige
