Delay in PF withdrawl

SIR,

MY EPF a/c no. KN/BN/18453/9908, i have worked in IGate, Chennai starting from 15-11 to 15-12, due to personal problem i have been resigned from the company on 15-11, I have submitted my final withdrawal of EPS claim along with Form 10c, form 19 and other relavant documents on 15-05, my employer was forwarded the application on 23-05 to EPFO, K.R Puram, Bangalore for further process of my claim. so many months were over still i have not received the claim. Many times i enquiry EPFO, office simply they are telling that your application is under process. Kindly look in to the matter and clear my final withdrawal of EPS claim immediatly. below is the online status since three months (from May 24 11).
