Package hasn't arrived yet

It's been over a month since my package was shipped out from China and on the tracking page says it was handed over to Delhi customs on 7th Feb. Why is it taking so long? I live in Delhi. Calling the concerned department is also of no use as no one ever answers the phone. Why are you Indians like this? No wonder you are still a third world country. You suck major balls. One thing is for sure. I'm never using this service again. Ever. The last time I used UPS, I got my package in 3 days. And the difference in shipping was just a thousand bucks. Do you incompetent retards even read the complaints? I doubt it but in case you do, I hope you all GO DIE IN A FIRE!!!
