Delay in delivery of articles etc

Sir, I would like to inform you that I have booked an article to be deliverd at Noida, Uttarpradesh on 06.11. from Laitumkhrah, Shillong Post office, 793003. But to my surprise the article could not be delivered to its destination ecen after the expiry of eleven days, . thanks to the Postal department of India for its snail speed and especially fot its claim i regards to EMS Speed Post. I have lost the chance to be the part of tghe Lucky draw, which was supposedto be held on 15.11.2010. This particular attidude of the postal department have really shattered my expectation, trust and belidf in the Govt. organisations like Postal Department. Thanks to the Idiot ic, Stupid and hopeless postal service of the Postal department of India. May god bless them with more Laziness, slow speed, in-accuracy, inability and in-efficience in sercing to the mankind and general public of India.
