PF amount

Hi,

This is to inform you that formally I was an employee of Patni Computers, Noida and my Employee Id was 62471 and PF no is MH1873436394. I have received two payments on 30-Jan from your side in my given bank account (HDFC Bank, Gurgaon) one of 2031/- and the other was of 4008/- from which 2031/- amount was cleared but the other one which was of 4008/- was not cleared. It was presented to my bank account twice a time but it was not cleared. I am not aware why it was not cleared but still I am waiting for the amount. I have already applied for the re-issue of the payment 8 months before and submitted on your office but still there is no action.

Can you please make a follow up on this and let me know how much time more I have to wait for my 4000/- amount.
