EPF Bandra Office
PF withdrawal settlement not done

Dear Sir,

I would like to know the feasibility to raise complaint against EPF bandra office regarding my request for them to withdraw my PF amount (from previous employers).

I have got confirmation (in email) from my employer (Patni Computers), that they have sent the required docs to pf office in September.

I recieved amount of 19105.00 INR from PF office on 16 November' 10 credited into my HDFC account. After that there is no further transaction.

I raised online grievence in EPF bandra office official site in December first week, the status I see now is "under our examination level" since January'2011 second week. I sent couple of emails to them plenty of times but there is no reply.

I get email from my previous employer (Patni) that I should recieve 54000 amount from PF office. I do have all email proofs (about 30 email chain) and online grievance number raising as complaint infront of EPF bandra office.

I am really fedup with this followup procedure and tired sending emails everyone. I was having some commitments in February based on this amount and I fallen into debt now. I

I would like to know the legal against action I can move forward against EPF bandra office now.

Please help me to move further. I can submit whatever the documents stated above for your reference.
