No update on my pf settlement

PF withdrawal settlement not done

Dear Sir,

I would like to know the feasibility to raise complaint against EPF banaglore office regarding my request for them to withdraw my PF amount (from previous employers).

I have got confirmation (in email) from my employer (Oracle), that they have sent the required docs to pf office Bangalore in January.

Till date i havent heard any update on the same.

I would like to know the legal against action I can move forward against EPF bangalore office now.

Please help me to move further.
