PF not received after 1yea

Dear Sir,

I have applied for my pf in january. I have confirmed from my employer in March. My emplyoer has submitted my PF form duly sighned & stamped.

After that PF office has processed the payment against check number 219595 & 145358 dated 30.06.2009. I was anaware of this. I was following with pf office & my employer's agent in september & october. I have got information form HDFC bank pune, that due to wrong entry check is not getting debited into my account.

I have request HDFC bank to sent back both these checks. When I contacted the PF office through e-mail & asked them the responsible person for putting wrong account number, he was anable to answere. Because, as per pf office my name has been put wrong. Employer PF agent told that my account number was placed wrong.

I am writing my name from last 20years. How can it be possible that i put my name incorrect. I know I have checked my account number twice before filling PF form. Now, status in Bandra PF office website is that they have processed the payments.

Anyhow I have manage to talk with Sawant & one lady. She told that file is with her & she will going to check the file again. She has not even open the file till my last call.

It is very disgusting policies of goverment. I am very much fed up with Bandra PF office. these peoples are just not taking their responsiblities. they are least bother about public.

As i stayed in Pune & got married, it is very difficult for me to meet the pf office.

it will be greatful if any one help me out in getting my PF.

I have sent 11 reminders to BandraPF office grivence department. but, no one is replying to my mail.
