Not got settlement of my a/c

Sir,

I had send through courier my PF Form (10c and 19) for my PF Account No. DLCPM00174680000001647 It is now more than two years but I am yet to receive my amount in my Bank..In this year i hv submitted 3 times pf form and never got any response and now they are telling that they hv settled my a/c amount to any other person I want to know that why this reason comes now why it not come at the starting stage means when i submit my form before two year and then after

The company that I was working with is BLB . Ltd, 4764/23-A, Ansari road Daryaganj New Delhi 110002, I had sent the PF Form to Delhi North office please find the attechment,

there for i request you to please do the need full and settle my a/c as soon as possible
