EFP Claim not Recieved since Oct'10

Dear Sir/Mam,

Kindly look into the matter my PF Account No.935288/121 and submitted my PF for cliam PF on 20th Oct'10 in Dwarka but still not got my PF cliam, which is pending in account section 22 with Mr. Sushil Kumar, he has not clear my pf account every he told me will recieve you your cliam in 20th days of months. I am regularly fallow up Mr. Sushil Kumar since Last March'11, Once I Had also meet PF Commissioner Mr. P.Unikrishanan on 18th Aug'11 for the same and he has ensure me will spl.take care for the same and you will recieved the same soon.

Kindly do needfull as soon as possiable
