Account closed huge delay in settling my pf amount

Dear,

My PF account was closed after I left my previous company, but the amount was not given to me.

I left my previous company during september and file was submitted after two months i.e., december as per procedure. three months completed and no response and even contact in person directly to the EPF office, they were treating like beggar. Why are you coming again & again it will be sent like that that too even after keeping waiting at their office after 1 hour.

Company registration no.51478 employee no.5.

There is no reponse and who will give details when will i get this money as the same is required for hospital expenses at the earliest.
