Too much money for paid Parking

I have applied for passport in passport office in pune. When the case is forwarded to police station for verification they are putting the list of documents to be submitted there for verification. I have submitted all the documents i.e. as proof of address current SBI account passbook with aprox. 10 pages statments, gas connection book xerox, Liscence from RTO office (Tree residential proofs) but they don't consider what i have submitted. They only ask for the docs those are not there. This is not fair. Hopeless system. I have seen a lady walking out from the verification office and was crying because officer has force them to bring the new type of document each time they visit to the verification office. What is this? you are paid for whatever duties you are doing. now i want to tell you how the verification officer behave when they come for verification at your resident. They come in undress and some delay to attend them can create a lot many problems for getting passport. They dont tell that they have come from passport office so that one should make a mistake to attend them. How we can attend them unless to know who they are? Their behavior is suspicious to grab money from the applicant because of mistake not to attend them on time.

Also the second thing is that paid parking i not affordable by anyone... Rs 5 for one hour in Passport Office Pune. If you plan to go in Passport Office for any reason put atleast 20 rupees extra in your pocket.
