No respnose from Provident Fund office for last 2 months

Dear Sir,

I have made a request for PF withdrawal from my previous Org. (BA CONTINUMM INDIA PVT LTD), Hyderabad in December '2010. I was informed that I will need to wait for 2 months and withdrawal will be completed automatically.

However, I did send an e-mail to PF office at ro.hyderabad@epfindia.gov.in on 18, Feb. I have not received any response. I kept trying to contact over the phones at 040-2756 4571, 72, 73, always on ringing or busy.

Would request you to please guide me on this how to process further for speedy action.
