Non receipt of PF withdrawal amount

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had submitted my PF withdrawal form to my previous company - M/s. Bharti Televentures Ltd in September. According to their process they claim to have submitted it to your office on 8th December.

Till date I do not have any communication whatsoever from anybody - PF office or Bharti Airtel on the status of my withdrawal.

I am asked to follow-up with your office directly.

I stay in Mumbai & it is not possible for me to travel to Chennai for the same.

Request your kind co-operation in knowing the status of my PF withdrawal.
