Non receipt of epf claim

My PF a/c MH/18734/17516 was opened by Patni Comp Ltd. I initiated the process of PF retrival only in October. I received a letter from company's concerned authorities and a letter from Mr. S Y Pol, Account Officer, Regional PF Office, Mumbai stating that my PF refund has already been satiated/retrieved and that it has been closed in 2007 - 2008. I have been following up for this delaying and traumatizing matter for he last 9 months and till date there is no refund.
