Pf not received

I require the detail of my Pf A/c No MH/94095/3832 Which is not credited to my axis bank account.i have received the letter from your department dated on 16/10 Mentioning that we have send the Cheque No 668260 Dated 16/10 for Rs 59397/- And The Cheque No 332739 Dated 16/10 for Rs 12758/- is been sent to my axis bank a/c no 009010101469398.The above said Amount is not yet credited to my a/c as such pls let me know when I will be receiving the above said amount and also settle my pf with instest herewith I am attaching the proof of letter and my bank statement from 01/10 to till date.i am tired to reach the pf office people by calling them no one pickup the call.
