Dear Sir,

With reference to the Grievance Registration No. ROBND/E/02662 DATED 31/8, my case disposed off with the reason given below:

The EPF & EPS claim in respect of (Form-19 & 10C) is being settled for Rs.40744/- & Rs.12758/- respectively. shortly the amount will be credited to ICICI Bank-Agra-Shahaganj through NEFT A/c No.105001500395/-.

Sir, I had submitted my claim on 17/8 (copy of receiving is attached), As per the rule of EPFO mentioned on EPFO website, maximum time limit is 30 days to settle PF withdrawal Claim.

But in my case it is exceed the time limit and pending for more than 48 days.

I have tried to contact to PRO over 26470007 but not able to get the right pictures.

Please help me on this matter.
