EPFO BANDRA/PF SETTLEMENT
FINAL PF WITHDRAWL

Dear Sir

I was employted with HBL Golbal Pvt. Ltd. (July June). as a seses executive in jaipur. when i left the job in June i have complete the formalities in august month and sent the PF withhdrawl form with all the formailities. COmpany has sent my form to EPFO Bandra on 2nd April. and EPfo Bandra recived the same. but till date i have not received any cheque or amount in my account. whenerver i called EPFO Bandra after 21st April .they told me your case has been approved and you will get your PF Money within 5 dyas. then again i callled EPFO Bandra on 022-26470007 they told me that your cheuqe has been sent to your bank ICICI . but when i contact to my bank they told me that there is no cheque in favouring of me. i don't know where the cheqe has gone? and epfo bandra has nbot contactable for me after the 15 th may. PLs help me
