Delay in paying claim

Sir,

I, amlendu kumar singh, have applied for the surrender of my epfo account[a/c-DLCPM-00206590000003614].it was received by epfo on 25th aug.

but iI did not get any payment or any information regarding this.

so please do the needful and help me to get my claim as early as possible.
