PF claims return

I was working in a private company ie Dynetic Products Pvt. Ltd. and resigned on 31.12.2009. I had submitted my PF claim against my Account No. TN/39959/56. Before submission formality of claims were discussed with PRO/EPFO, Chennai. After 2 months it was returned. Against we went and discussed and resubmitted along with covering letter as they told. Again it is returned. Let me know what should I do further. I am registering this complaint after 6 months.
