Discrepancy in settlement

My EPF Number is-TN/35791/99214. All the necessary procedures from my side has been completed and the claim status is showing-:

Form 19- settled - Your claim is settled and dispatched on 24/06. Cheque no-49874 for Rs. 0 has been sent to STATE BANK OF INDIA.

Form 10C- settled- Your claim is settled and dispatched on 24/06. Cheque no-94009 for Rs. 0 has been sent to STATE BANK OF INDIA.

First of all, no such cheques were received and secondly how can it be Rs 0. I have tried to call but in vain and I have sent repeated mails, but again there was no reply. How can I get my original amount back???
