Never ending wait for PF settlement

I wish to bring to the notice of the authorities that my PF claim (account number TN/50362/76) has not been settled yet. The duly completed form with all other attachments was submitted to EPFO chennai through my employer and the website also shows that it has been received on 15.07.2011. When I enquired with the PF officials at the office here, they said that all claims, subject to all necessary verification, get settled within 90 days from the date of receiving the application.

Every time i check their official 'online claim status' website, it only shows ' application received... and claim settlement under process'. The phone numbers provided are either incorrect or the person sitting at the number provided has been clearly instructed not to take any calls. Such irresponsible attitude among people at a govt. organization like the EPFO is appalling. Is anybody listening? I am sure they are many more people in a similar situation that I am in.
