NON SETTLEMENT OF PF DUES AND PENSION

Sir,

I am waiting for my PF settlement and pension funds from PF office Mumbai for last 8 months. No one to listen to me, have written to PF office but nothing happened. My employer says they have already deposited papers with PF office. What should I do, aperson of 52 55yrs without earning, Have left job after working there for 10 years, details as under:

PF NO. WITH BANDRA OFFICE. MH/BAN/6054/829.

Please help as I am in great problem.
