Transfer of PF Balance

I had applied for transfer of my EPF balances from my EPF account held b EPF Gurgaon to my current employer's PF trust. The trasfer form duly completed was sent in August. I personally went to the EPF Office in Gurgaon in December to check the status of the transfer. They issued me a slip which indicated that the transfer form has been received on 17 August and that the transfer is under process. Despite repeated followup, the money has not been transfered even till date. EPFO launhed a grievance redressal option on their website which is equally inefficient. I have sent many emails to the P Commissioner and other officers in the EPF Office but to no avail. I think the Government Babus dont even know how to log onto these emails. After 3 reminders to the grievance portal and grievance redressal officer, I am yet to received any answer on my grievance. I think it is a sleeping department with sleeping officers. My PF Number is HR/10416/237
