EPF office
NOT SETTLING PF AND FPF

Dear Sir,

Ref: EPF a/c no: BG/BNG/0006703/000/0012191-GOVINDA RAJ.K.

It is more than 2 years since i have left the company i worked, M/s Micro labs ltd, Bangalore. Subsequently i have submitted all the relevent papers to settle my EPF and PF account but to my susrprise it is not settled till date. On line information says it is under process. When I asked my ex-employer they say they have forwarded all the relevent papers to EPF office and also i received the information The EPF office supposed to settle the due amount with in 90 days of submission of the papers. My ex-employer say the 90 days are just on paper and they take their own time.

Through this letter i forward the information and complaint to you to do the needfull.
