EPF Amount not cleared

I have submitted Form-19 and Form 10-c for withdrawal of EPF amount and Pension scheme amount. According to EPF website, they received my application on 28-FEB20-11. Whenever I check claimed status at EPF website, it shows that they have received my application and application is under process. In the mean time, other two applications which are submitted from my previous organisation with my application, are got cleared. It is now very painful for me to get my hardworking money from EPF. I also registered complaint with EPF office, South Delhi, but no response till yet. Please help me to resolve this issue.
