I Sachin Krishnath Patil was working with Maruti Suzuki India ltd from March to June

In June I have resigned from my services.

I have filled up PF transfer form so as to transfer my previous PF amount in my current PF account.

The form is sent in your Gurgaon office on 4th Jan

But till date it is not been processed.

My PF account no. is HR/1215/801348

Kindly requested you to do the needful urgently.
