No Claim received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had applied to claim my PF on 6th Sep' and has been checking online since Feb'2011 showing status under process.

Also visited in the month of Sep'2011 and received the same status by the counsellor sitting at EPFO office stating to be received by next two months with no defined reason.

It is almost one year four months passed after submitting the claim and till now not received, please help for the same or guide me the way how to get it.
