Dear Sir,

Myself Prabhesh Kumar Sharma worked with M/s Schneider Electric India PVT LTD with PF account No -DL/17112/838 during the period of NOV to SEPT.

I have joined M/s Raychem RPG PVT LTD in the month of September and worked there till March with PF account no - MH/19809/B-1561.

I have applied for PF transfer from M/s Schneider account to M/s RAYCHEM RPG PF in Dec but till Dec I have not received any information regarding that fund transfer. So I have applied for PF withdrawal in the same month but I came to know via reply received from EPFO Wazirpur Delhi that the amount Rs. 25707/- has already been transferred via cheque no 539196 dated 13-09-07 (copy of the same enclosed). But till date the same amount has been not been credited in my PF account no - - MH/19809/B-1561 (EPFO Kandivali).

In would also like to bring to your kind notice the amount paid by that cheque also not covering entire amount deposited with the department this should be Rs. 35160/- (Rs. (780 X 2) per month from Nov to Mar & Rs. (864 X 2) per month from Apr to Aug) without even considering any interest.

Due to this I am not able to withdraw my fund from my PF account no - MH/19809/B-1561

In view of the above I request you kindly look after the issue on urgent basis. Seek your positive reply on the issue.
