PF Transfer not done for 3 years now

Dear Sirs/Ma'am.

What i need -

I would like to withdraw the balances in MH/5105/3372. Please let me know what i need to do now.

Problem description-

I worked in Scope Intl. (TN/49399/4029) till Aug’05. During Sep 05, i resigned Scope and joined Philips Electronics (MH/5105/3372).

During Sep’05, i requested a PF transfer from TN/49399/4029 to MH /5105/3372

Then on 5th Oct.06 i resigned Philips.

Joined "Visual Graphics" (TN/39838/961) on 6th Oct. 06.

Then i requested for a transfer of PF from MH/5105/003372 to TN/39838/961.

In Dec’07 i have received a response from Mumbai PF office stating, the transfer of PF cannot be made as the previous request itself is pending from Sep’05 from “KR/16693/0234”.

But the problem is -this KR/16693/0234 is not at all related to me as

"My request in 2005 was to transfer from TN/ 49399/4029 to MH/5105/3372 and

in 2006 was to transfer from MH/5105/003372 to TN/39838/961."

Later i got the TN/49399/4029 PF tranferred directly to TN/39838/961 as both these are in Chennai PF.

Now only my MH's PF balance is pending and i dont want to transfer that to any other PF account. Can you please refund me the balances in my PF account MH/5105/3372?
