No Pension orde

I, Prakash B.Takawale, PF No.139452922, retired from above company after attaining retired age in Dec. Submitted pension claim certificate with all

required documents attached, in Dec after completing my age 58 yrs.my pension is due from Dec/Jan.

Since last 2 years I have visited EPF Pune regional office several times.

The excuse given during Year 2010 : As the office system is being converted from manual to computerised record system all work is postponed for 1 year.

The excuse given for year 2011 : The new operating staff is over loaded, getting familiar and attend complaints as per priorities-first for PF settlement if get time then pension complaints can be entertained .every time my personal mobile phone number was noted so that I can get information regarding my pension fate by SMS, (waiting for last six months)

Being Unemployed and dependent I feel harassed and punished, (as I am not residing in Pune, I have to bear travelling expenses from home town)

I am not aware if I am eligible to approach your organisation for redressal of my grievances mentioned above.

Please guide me for proper channel/method
