EPFO PUNE
Havent recieved my PF amount even 5 months after submission of Form 19 and 10C

My employer has submitted my form 19 and 10 c (for withdrawing my PF amount) to the EPF Pune office on September 26. (I have the proof of that)

Till now I haven't recieved my PF amount.

I have registered my complaint (complaint number ROPUN/E/01123:)on the Government's EPFO's online feedback system. The website sent me an email with the contact number of

But the phone is either busy or gets disconnected even before someone picks up!!!

(you can expect that from a Govt. office)

I have no idea whats happening.???
