PF Transfer not received

My current employer has sent correspondence for EPF transfer on 03/03.

I am trying to get in touch with the Pune RPFO but dont seem to get any help. The PRO numbers listed on the website are busy most of the times and when they ring they are not answered by anyone. think they are used for personal calls and are of no help whatsoever.

My EPF account number is MH/PUN/34224/23640 and i have also registered a complaint with RPFO with complaint number ROPUN/E/03249 . Its been more than one month but i havent heard anything from them, the status shows that the case is pending with EPFO Pune

I would like someone to give me the status as its really impossible to get someone on phone who could help me with my query.
