I have been trying to get Pension certificate from EPFO RO Bangalore since last one year to no avail, I have been asked to submit the birth certifcate of my minor daughter alongwith the form 10c. when i sent the same to EPFO office, i got no response even after repeated complaints/letters and emails. I sent someone to the EPFO office to find that the birth certificate has to be certified by my previous compamy However the company (Informatics India Private Limited) refused to certify the birth certificate saying that it is not required.

Its a real frustrating situation to get a simple certifcate like this.
