EPF transfer pending since last yea

Espected all,

I am new member of this forum i have to join this because of the harrasment of EPFO office shimla. I, Arvind kumar working in BSNL since 16-nov.i was working in Hisar (Haryana) bsnl then in jan i transferred at Mandi himachal pardesh here in mandi my new a/c HP-3929/29 is opened at shimla epfo office when i asked abt my deposited money in previous epf a/c HR/20707/10 they replied me to fill up a form no-13 and submit it to shimla epfo through proper channel i do the same in july but after that no proper reply is given to me from shimla epfo office i have many conversation with shimla but they always told me to talk again after one or two week now yesterday when i cross checked my application with my old epfo office i.e rohtak epfo they totaly denied any such application from shimla now i m tired to bring my own money from this govt. setup to new a/c is any body on this planet will help me coz i have no hope in epf office. thanx in advance
