EPF Pension P.P.O No:- 30054
Pension discontinued

I was retired from shree cement Ltd Beawar-Rajasthan. My PF No is

RJ/04712/1157 in November. My EPF Pension P.P.O No:- is

30054.a sum of rs 1025.00 is being credited to my state bank of bikaner & jaipur

Beawar, A/C No:- 61066577089 from EPF office jyoti nagar Jaipur.

for continuing pension I sent my Life certificate to SBBJ Beawer & they

forwarded the same to Provident Fund Office Jaipur through their letter No:-

5128 dated 21.12. Page No:- 48. But still my pension is discontinued

when i enquired over phone to Provident fund office Jaipur over phone No:-

0141-2740742 & 0141-2742699, they are asking me to send a fresh

life certificate again. Pjease help me to get my pension continued.
