Claim due from last 18 months

Is this the harassment by government organizations or they do it intentionally i am not sure.

My Details:

PF Account Number: MH / PUN / 123880 / 62

My EPF withdrawal is submitted from my company named EcoAxis Systems Pvt Ltd, located at Baner Road (opp. Green park hotel), Pune in the month of March and at the same time it is being accepted by PF officer as well.

After almost 12 months (Apr), my company calls me saying the claim is rejected since they dint mentioned joining date on form, and it is resubmitted by company in the month of Apr.

So, I wonder if the form is incomplete, in the first place how can the form is being accepted by PF officers I Marc and after 1 year they send it back saying it is incomplete.

Another question is … do I have to wait for more 1 year just to know whether the claim is being accepted or is rejected?

And another 1 year to get claim amount??

Is this not the harassment, I was still able to manage things as I am working, but I was thinking what happens to people who are desperately waiting for their PF money during their old age to live their life.

There are so many cases lying in the PF office at Pune, which is not being cleared for so many years after submission, and every now and then they give false reasons for you claim status.

I don’t know, whether this complaint even going to ready by someone, and can provide proper details, or proper action for better functioning of PF offices …..
