EPS not received

Hi,

I had been releived from LNT mysore on April 14th my EPS withdrawl form was settled on March 31 st of 2011 By LNT accounts, still now i had not received any EPS.

My details are as bellow

Employee Name: Ramsanjai Muthukumarasamy Date of Join PF :

24/10 Date of leave Company : 14/04 PF settlement Date :

18/08 PF Request No 11R032001139 EPS account number is KN/22639/02264

Please let me know when is the amount subjected to settlement. Its been 20 month from i resigned from LNT
