E SEVA MIYAPUR
DELAY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE

I had applied for a birth certificate and an extra copy from E Seva Miyapur on 28th March. I was told that i shall receive the same in ~15 days. till date, 25th May I have not received it. But online, i can see the details of my daughter in GHMC website. When i applied online, i received it at my doorstep. Now the question is, even after taking money from me, E Seva Miyapur is refusing either to pay me back or give me the document. What about the loss of time and money? Is there anyone to see if these guys are doing their jobs properly or not?
