Death certificate application

I am trying to obtain death certificate for my late father and mother, It has been 10 days since i have the application with all the necessary documents and formalities for submission. The application can only be submitted at e-sewa and for some reason they are not able to accept the same. The reason give is "System error while processing the application" I met with the branch manager and talk to the I.T people managing the services. I was assured it will be resolved soon but after 10 days they are not able to process the application due to same reason. I have no idea where else i can submit the application or which department to approach. I very much appreciate if MCH resolve the issue and provide an alternate solution for time being.
