Non release of connection without hotplate

I booked my gas and i received an letter from the agency to contact personally in agency, and each and every thing was clearly mentioned in the letter.i reported at morning 10.00 am and i was been called at 4.30 pm just for releasing connection. However they refused to issue me connection without hotplate and i then give and request for inspection, which later on was accepted and without no receipt for rs 200.00 taken by them wasA being issued to me. In the day time being restless from the arrangment in agency try to contact on the number written on an small board in agency perhaps area manager lpg (s) bearing 9412268446, first of all there was no response and A.M. was not picking my phone after lot of effort phone was being picked and he behaved with me like not any officer of indian oil and behaved like agency person, on my request to give me email address he simply denied and on my further request to know his name he simply again denied and put off his phone.it seems that officer appointed for the publick later on becomes the slave of agency people and atleast our area officer behaviour cannot be said within the limits given by indian oil corporation. How can be said this justified that for an small signature u will hv to spent ur 6.30 hours in an agency and on complaint to area officer rather than solution he simply misbehaved wd u.

Even though I will get connection from the indane or not, I want strict action against the agency and disciplinary action against the such area manager who atleast has lost coutesy to give email number or his name.

I also request indian oil officer to issue order for not selling hot plates by the agency onwer because this arrangment has made corruption.

However i am my personal efforts to get connection released in my name without hotplate, in case i get success, i will try to inform u accordingly.
