Dockets and Parshals are not delivered till date

I have sent the parshal to GMTD Solan @Rs.6000/- as on 20th August but till date this parshal is moving here and there and the local office attandants are assuring they are going to deliver this today. and another docket which was picked by them as on 23rd Aug. having doct. no. 204719185 having supply order and demand draft, another docket no201981025 picked up as on 24th Aug. (both the dockets has to be deliverd at Ricoh india Ltd. SCO 50-51, Sector 17-C Chandigarh) but till the time these dockets are having no status being a company employ you can understand the role of responsibility. But this has not happend 1st time, earlier I had so many complaints but no body bother about the same.

You are requested to do something for improvement.
