Change of Address, Error in the name of Nominee & payment of full pension of Rs.1037.00

On 5th of August I had handed over a letter to The Asst. P.F. Commissioner (Pnesion), EPFO, Kandivli, Charkop, Mumbai, personally, asking for correction in the Pension Payment Order Part I, regarding the name of the nominee. This is because the name of the Nominee is wrongly spelt. It should read as Mrs. MAXIMINE PEREIRA instead of MARTININE PEREIRA. So far I have not received any reply from the said Office.

Further I have sent another letter by SPEED POST on 9th June asking for the following:-

1. Change of Address. At present I am not staying at Borivli, hence I have requested to change the communication address as : 1B/1202, DREAMS CHS, L.B.S.MARG, BHANDUP (WEST), MUMBAI - 400078.

2. Correction in the name of Nominee.

3. Payment of full pension of Rs.1037.00 as against Rs.587.00 paid monthly to my Bank A/c.no.0300163973.

Regret so far I have not received any reply. Please expedite.
