Non Receipt of PF Money from past 4 years

This is to inform you I am an ex-employee of Exide (SF Division) and it’s been more than 4 years I’ve been following up with PF office, Vashi for my PF withdrawl.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that my pf withdrawl was sanctioned after vigorous follow ups of 3 years vide cheque no. 885721 dtd. 24th May for Rs. 232035/- but has been returned to your office from my PNB bank account Paharganj Branch as the bank account number was mentioned wrongly by mistake. I’ve provided the details once again and also sent the cancelled cheque 9 months back to your office.

From past 9 months I’ve been hearing from your office that PF office is getting computerized and the claim will be released in the month of July. I had a telecom with Mr. Jignesh in the month of May confirming that my cheque is lying ready with him and it will be sent shortly. Now from June till date they have another reason for not releasing my payment is that the concerned person Mr. Jignesh has left and some lady has joined in his place and since her joining she is not keeping well so the PF amount can’t be released. Now Mrs. Nisha has also left, and some Mr. P K Singh is there and he is on the job.

I urgently need this money as I am facing health issues mainly breathlessness and I need to get a surgery done. I’ve been postponing my surgery from past 2 months for want of this money.

You are requested to kindly take up this matter on priority to resolve the long pending issue.
