My acknowledgment No. & airway Bill No.are 074720100006790 & 2972882286 but till today I have not received my PAN Card as mentioned in the printout taken out by me on 18th Jan from NSDL.I, therefore, request you to kindly look into my complain and take necessary action for the urgent delivery of my PAN Card on the following address.
